When was the last time you had “me-time” and how did you spend that time?

Hmmm I think taking a bath a couple of weeks ago. And I try to read a book before sleeping. 

Also I try to create some me-time on given days. Like every Monday and Thursday. Those evenings I do some beauty stuff like a mask, my nails, or go for a massage or do some yoga.

What are some of your favourite ways to practice self care?

I have a beauty routine I try to do every night. And I start the day with a healthy smoothie with spinach and a lot of fruit!

What advice would you give to mamas struggling to create “me-time”? How do you make time in your schedule for yourself?

I would say make it a routine. If it’s eating healthy, or creating some me-time. I used to work every night. But now I have changed my routine and try to relax on every Monday and Thursday – I have chosen those days and I make it work with my schedule.
