When was the last time you had “me-time” and how did you spend that time?

I had a bath last night and read a chapter of my book before feeling like I was going to fall asleep hehe!

What are some of your favourite ways to practice self care?

I love exercise. I have always been passionate about health and fitness… so whether it be hitting the gym, walking with the twins in the pram or playing netball. Exercise always keeps me feeling good about myself!!

What advice would you give to mamas struggling to create “me-time”? How do you make time in your schedule for yourself?

I am really lucky, I have an incredibly supportive husband and family who push me out of the door at times to have some “me-time”, however even on the busiest of days with the twins, a cup of tea and some dark chocolate in front of the TV at night seems to soothe the soul!
