When was the last time you had “me-time” and how did you spend that time?

I love massage and can’t live without my lash extensions. So whenever I need to refill my lashes, I will make sure I also have a massage beforehand. That would be 2 hours me-time for every 5/6 weeks.

What are some of your favourite ways to practice self care? 

Apart from the above, I do like sitting in my favourite coffee shop, enjoying my coffee, reading the news or just watching the world goes by… bliss. 

What advice would you give to mamas struggling to create “me-time”? How do you make time in your schedule for yourself?

Sit your husband down, (with his whiskey) and get him to agree to your “me time” schedule at least once a month! If he can’t do it (hide his whiskey) get a trusted baby sitter. Worth every penny!!!!
