When was the last time you had “me-time” and how did you spend that time?

Great question… I went to the beach by myself about 4 days ago and just had lunch there by myself. I enjoy time on the beach, it brings me back to nature and gets me grounded.

What are some of your favourite ways to practice self care?

Walking, massages, time by myself, facials

What advice would you give to mamas struggling to create “me-time”? How do you make time in your schedule for yourself?

You just have to make the time, even if it’s just 10 minutes. I get up extra early or just before I pick my kids up from school. Or even an afternoon power nap.
