When was the last time you had “me-time” and how did you spend that time? 

My me-time is happening as I type the response to these questions. Both of my little ones are finally sleeping so I get a chance to get caught up on school work and things that I have been wanting to accomplish. ( I know it doesn’t sound like real fun me-time, but it is uninterrupted well semi uninterrupted time for just me to do whatever it is I desire to do.

What are some of your favourite ways to practice self care?

Some of my favorite ways to practice self care are to put effort into my appearance daily! Take mental breaks when needed and do things that bring me joy daily.

What advice would you give to mamas struggling to create “me-time”? How do you make time in your schedule for yourself? 

My advice would be either wake up early or stay up a time bit later to get some me- time in as this is how I schedule “me-time” for myself.
