When was the last time you had “me-time” and how did you spend that time?
Today, I spent my me-time sipping a glass of iced coffee, on a motorbike, en route to studio for my band’s rehearsal (which was also a me-time for me). Me-time combo, HA!
What are some of your favourite ways to practice self care?
-Call my favourite home spa for a decent hot stone massage
-Doing a skincare routine and/or putting on my fave sheet mask
-Take a proper long bath
-Listening to any kind of music that suits my mood (Now playing : My Hero – Foo Fighters)
What advice would you give to mamas struggling to create “me-time”? How do you make time in your schedule for yourself?
Well, you have to be sneakily smart in creating your own me-time. Like sipping your fave drink while breastfeeding, or munching on your fave snack during your child’s snack time, anything that makes you happy & keeps your sanity.
