When was the last time you had “me-time” and how did you spend that time? 

Oh geez, I’m rubbish at me-time. When I do manage to grab an hour or two, I spend it relaxing in the bath, reading a book or possibly even going for a coffee or lunch break with my mum!

What are some of your favourite ways to practice self care?

I am SO bad at self-care. I do have one thing that I have started to do that I think makes the world of difference to my skin and how I feel in myself: removing my make up with some really beautiful products. I take 10mins before I go to bed, heat up my flannel up until it’s really hot and start with cleansing and then toning. It’s something so simple but it sends me to bed feeling a it better!

What advice would you give to mamas struggling to create “me-time”? How do you make time in your schedule for yourself?

 I’m not really the person to offer that advice – I think it’s absolutely essential, and you need to find time to fit your me-time in, but how to do it I’m not sure!
