When was the last time you had “me-time” and how did you spend that time?

This morning! I went to an hour and half yoga class with my best friend, while James stayed home with the girls while they napped. 

What are some of your favourite ways to practice self care?

Meditation, exercise, and eating well. 

What advice would you give to mamas struggling to create “me-time”? How do you make time in your schedule for yourself?

My fiancé and I each get a “night off” once a week. Meaning after we put the babies to bed one of us gets to go out and get a massage or see a movie or whatever you want to do you have the night to yourself! I highly advise getting at least one night out to yourself or with friends! It saves me each week.
