When was the last time you had “me-time” and how did you spend that time?

My Last trip to Ibiza -the boys had a play date and my mum watched them, so I slept for an hour in the middle of the day! It was the best thing ever!

What are some of your favourite ways to practice self care?

As a mum it is hard to think of yourself, but one has to remember the better your health, the better mum you’re going to be. I have been doing these Vitamin infusions once a week and take fish oil every day as well as multi vitamin. I am 85% Vegan, I still eat fish and a tiny bit of cheese. In the recent months I had a health scare so I have been consciously eliminating stress.

What advice would you give to mamas struggling to create “me-time”? How do you make time in your schedule for yourself?

Again it is hard to have ‘Me’ time when you’re a mummy, but the happier you are, the better your health, the lower your stress, the better Mama you’re going to be.
