When was the last time you had “me-time” and how did you spend that time?

To be honest. I hardly have ‘me’ time. When I do have time out from the children, I usually spend it cleaning or working. It’s terrible. And something I know I need to work on. I have made a deal with myself that ‘me’ time needs to be away from the house. Away from screens. Hopefully a nice hike, some yoga or even a massage. Mmmm. Yes please. 

What are some of your favourite ways to practice self care?
Again. Guilty of not much self care. Whoops. Now that Freya is a toddler, I am trying to look after myself a little more. Healthier eating habits, taking time out, moving more and a little meditation every morning to get my head in the best space possible for the day. If the children let me have 10 minutes alone of course!
What advice would you give to mamas struggling to create “me-time”? How do you make time in your schedule for yourself?

Oh wow. I think I need advice from other Mama’s. I honestly struggle to create ‘me-time’ for myself. Answering these questions has made me realise, I am really not looking after me. Not physically or mentally. Oh. dear. I know it is something I do want to schedule for myself. It is something I need to do for myself. Send me ‘me-time’ tips Mama’s! Help!
